Who we are

Triple Eight AI is run by Charlie Spicer on the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia. We build automation, CRM and local-AI systems for small businesses. If anything here is unclear, email hello@tripleeight.ai and you will get a straight answer.

What we collect

Only what you give us. When you send a message or book an audit, that is your name, email, and anything optional you add: business name, phone, website and your message.

Our host (Cloudflare) also keeps standard technical logs, such as IP addresses, to keep the site fast and secure. We do not run advertising trackers.

Why we collect it

To reply to you, run your audit, manage your booking, and do the work you ask us to do. That is the whole list. We do not sell your details, share them with advertisers, or add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.

Where it lives

Your details are stored in our database on Cloudflare. Emails to and from us are delivered by Resend. If you book a time, the booking may be added to our Google Calendar. Each of those providers has its own security and privacy practices.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it to handle your enquiry or deliver work, and for reasonable business records after that. Want your details corrected or deleted? Email us and we will sort it.

Your rights

We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles. You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to fix it, or ask us to delete it: hello@tripleeight.ai. If you are not happy with our answer, you can raise it with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page. The date below tells you when it last moved.
