Using this site

This website belongs to Triple Eight AI, based on the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia. Everything on it is general information about what we do, not advice for your specific situation. We keep it accurate and current as best we can, but we cannot promise it is always perfect.

The free audit

The audit is free and carries no obligation. Booking one does not commit you to anything, and it does not commit us to take on your project. It is a conversation with a written action plan at the end.

Project work

Paid work is governed by the written proposal or agreement for that project, which always takes priority over this page. Every build has a clear scope, a clear price, and a clear handover.

You own what we build for you: your code, your data, your infrastructure. The reusable frameworks and tooling we bring to the job (including OpenClaw) remain ours, and you keep the right to use them in what we hand over. Third-party services you rely on (hosting, email, calendars) stay governed by their own terms.

What we are not liable for

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing on this page excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

The words, design and imagery on this site are ours. Do not reuse them commercially without asking. Asking is easy: hello@tripleeight.ai.
